Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Springfield, MO. The Assistant Operations Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and managing the team. Key tasks include scheduling, staffing, inventory management, and quality control. The role also involves customer service, resolving operational issues, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Operational and workflow management experience Proficiency in inventory and quality control Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements Experience in scheduling and staffing Adaptability to a hybrid working environment Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
