Assistant Dietary Manager Expectations:
Responsible for supervision of the overall operation of our dietary service. Oversee production, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and safety for all food preparation. Establish the dietary department policies and procedures of our resident’s plan of care. Assists the Dietary Manager in the development of the department budget and maintains costs.
