The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of resources. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations, including assisting staff with making orders while overseeing and ensuring adherence to company policies. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve performance. Supervise staff activities, providing guidance and support as needed. Manage inventory levels and assist with stock management. Utilize POS systems effectively Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in fast casual restaurant management or a similar supervisory role is preferred Excellent training development abilities to foster employee growth.
