Provide assistance when it comes to scheduling the staff, performing inventory count of all the store’s supplies and analyze sales on a continual basis while taking corrective action in order for the company to meet the sales targets. Ensure that the store’s equipment as well as its facilities are properly maintained based on the company’s standards. Assist in hiring, training and motivating new crew members to ensure that applicants are qualified to perform their delegated tasks.
