Front of House Manager at Syberg’s Are you a people person who loves the hustle and energy of the restaurant world? Syberg’s is looking for a Front of House Manager to help lead our team and make sure every guest leaves with a great experience and a full belly. Who We Are Syberg’s is a family-owned group of restaurants known around St. Louis for our wings, good vibes, and friendly service. We’re all about great food, great people, and making every visit something worth coming back for. What You’ll Do Lead the front-of-house crew – servers, hosts, bartenders – and make sure everything runs smoothly. Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming. Handle guest questions, complaints, or compliments like a pro. Train new team members and keep everyone motivated. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing. Help with schedules, staffing, and making sure we’re running efficiently. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience (bonus points for high-volume spots). Solid leadership skills and a good attitude. Strong communication – with your team and our guests. Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure. Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools. Passion for delivering great customer service every time.

$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
