This position will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing employees as well as making sure they follow all federal, state, and local regulations. Health insurance with 50% premiums paid; optional dental plan available Paid Time Off-2 weeks per year Monthly cell phone reimbursement after 90 days Locally owned franchise with multiple locations for extra support for staffing and ingredients Responsibilities Create weekly schedules and daily production plans for the bakery to produce product efficiently Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing quick service for customers Assure all products and services are consistent with company quality standards Recruit, interview, train, and motivate bakers Manage appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed Qualifications ServSafe (or equivalent) Manager’s certificate Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets Must have 3-5 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in quick service food industry Must be detail oriented to handle a weekly, rotating menu Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills Computer skills and utilization of apps, iPads and POS systems strongly desired Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs Background check required It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their ‘perfect cookie quest’ to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
