Medical Office Assistant Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in a medical office setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of medical terminology and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Record medical information onto SOAP notes accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in various clinical procedures: There will be days when you will provide treatments for patients who are injured. You will provide modalities such as electric muscle stimulation, hydrocollator heat, therapeutic ultrasound, massage therapy, diathermy, and Intersegmental traction.
- Candidate should possess: Excellent and persuasive verbal and writing skills.
Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient while always maintaining a high level of professionalism. Strong work ethic. Self-motivated. Attention to detail. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed. Positive, team attitude. Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Computer skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Typing skills.

Experience:
- Proven experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with performing patient’s vitals and documentation of the results.
- Proficiency in providing including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
