Community:

The Gatesworth features 300 luxury apartments, two commercial kitchens, and three dining venues offering formal, casual, and bistro-style service. We also provide room service, private dining, and full-service banquet and catering options. Our environment combines the warmth of hospitality with the professionalism of fine dining.

Responsibilities:

Train, lead, motivate, and coach front-of-house dining staff Oversee daily operations of multiple dining venues Deliver and maintain high standards of service and resident satisfaction Handle special requests from residents and guests Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, efficiency, and appearance Recommend service or facility improvements as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service (required). Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Commitment to hospitality, quality, and professionalism.
