Ensure all utensils, glassware, and plates are clean and ready for use. Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and operational efficiency. Skills Experience in the food industry, particularly within restaurant management or food production settings. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient order processing. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of bartending practices or coffee preparation is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with both guests and team members.
