MISSION // Barracuda is a neighborhood taco stand and margarita garden , serving high-quality, simply prepared tacos and drinks at accessible prices—while fostering fun, memorable experiences as a cornerstone of the diverse communities we serve.
WHAT WE DO
// Quality, fresh tortillas are the foundation of our menu, and the first thing we consider when thinking of new dishes. We aim to keep things similarly accessible & unfussy, so every customer can have a great taco. We make our tortillas fresh daily. We do this because it tastes better and allows us to make this staple food using great-quality, whole ingredients. We serve well sourced meats, vegetables, and seafood. Our margaritas and other refreshments are always made with fresh squeezed juices and 100% agave tequila.

REQUIREMENTS
// We’re looking for individuals who: Have 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience Have managed teams of 20-30+ people Understand budgets, scheduling, and labor management Have experience training and developing team members Love working with people and building strong, diverse teams Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments Are available to work days, nights, and weekends Have or are willing to obtain a Manager Food Safety Certification Are able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs Are open to limited travel (25%) for training
PAY & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
$60,000-$70,000
Bonus Structure:
Biannual bonuses based on performance & growth
PTO:
112 hours/year
Insurance:
Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance up to $295/month
Tech Reimbursement:
$50/month Free meals & drinks at all Barracuda locations
