Summary We are seeking an experienced and polished Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a background in upscale dining who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Responsibilities Oversee all front of house operations, including host, bar, and serving staff Deliver elevated, personalized service while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment Hire, train, and supervise FOH staff to uphold service standards Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest experience logistics Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and appearance of the dining room and bar Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Requirements 3+ years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for hospitality and attention to detail Knowledge of fine dining and wine service is a plus Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented culture Submit your resume and availability to meet with us.
