THE JOB:

As an Assistant General Manager at JIA, our four-diamond Asian fusion restaurant, you will lead daily operations, inspire and guide your team, and ensure every guest experience reflects the elevated standards of the MGM brand. In this role, you’ll drive service excellence, support financial success, and play a key part in creating a vibrant, high-performing dining environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Lead daily operations including labor, scheduling, inventory, and guest service standards Implement policies, training programs, and pricing strategies to support operational excellence Foster a positive team culture while ensuring guest satisfaction and handling concerns promptly Collaborate with the culinary team and maintain strong product and sanitation knowledge ​

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

21+ years of age 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience Comprehensive understanding of service steps and customer interaction protocols. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively interact with guests, management, and staff.
