Develop and manage budgets to optimize financial performance while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food management sector. Coordinate food production processes, catering services, and bar operations to meet customer demands. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and development. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics for food and beverage products. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in food production or catering.
