Ocean Springs, MS 39564 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, food service, and team leadership. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. Duties Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance. Oversee food management processes, including inventory control, menu planning, and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals in a casual dining environment. Provide assistance to guests as needed, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Develop training programs for new employees to ensure they understand company policies and procedures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, preferably in food service operations. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food management practices.
