Job Description
The Shift Manager will direct and ensure the efficient operation of the front line and kitchen. A qualified candidate must have access to a vehicle to drive periodically on Company business and have current liability insurance in your name. This position requires thorough knowledge of kitchen food preparation; register equipment operation and crew employment procedures. Must be able to pay attention to detail, cope with pressure and remain calm when challenging situations arise.
