FOH Assistant Manager 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 680 Highway 51, Ridgeland, MS 39157 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front-of-house staff in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will ensure exceptional service and hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the front of house, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality. Supervise and train staff in food handling and service techniques. Oversee shift management, ensuring efficient workflow during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards. Assist in planning and executing special events, including banquets and private parties. Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed. Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain compliance with food service standards. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Proven leadership skills with experience in shift management. Strong background in hospitality and food service management. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Experience in bartending or managing beverage services is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
