Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Train and manage staff, conducting interviews and performance evaluations. Monitor inventory levels and manage food preparation to minimize waste. Implement and uphold health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Foster a positive team environment and resolve any customer complaints efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in staff training and management within a fast-paced food service environment. Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and hospitality. Proficient in food service management, including inventory control and cash handling. Familiarity with POS systems Background in food preparation and kitchen management, with experience in both quick service and casual dining settings.
