Starting salary is $41,600+ depending on experience We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Smokehouse of Florence. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality while fostering a positive work environment. This position is crucial for maintaining our reputation for excellence in the restaurant industry. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure high standards of service. Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Develop and implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste. Create budgets and monitor financial performance to achieve profitability goals. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Oversee banquet services and special events to enhance guest satisfaction. Utilize POS systems for accurate order processing and reporting. Requirements Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on budgeting and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems and banquet operations is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
