What you’ll doAs a General Manager, you will be the leader ofyour restaurant, coaching and developing team members so you andyour restaurant are successful. You will be responsible forinstilling the Wendy’s culture into your team and motivating themto go above and beyond, so each customer’s expectations areexceeded every visit. You will have total operational and financialresponsibility for your restaurant.
General Managers:
Maintain appropriate levels of staffing by recruiting,interviewing, selecting and onboarding crew members as well asmaximizing crew member retention. Ensure utilization of all company training programs to createan efficient, friendly staff. Develop talent to promote and fill management positionsinternally. Manage the performance of all restaurant staff. Maximize restaurant profit by ensuring the team utilizes allsystems for food, labor and cash management. Be a role model of excellent customer service. Monitor/post customer feedback results and review with the teamto improve the customer experience. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at alltimes. Grow restaurant sales through exceptional operations andcommunity involvement. Review restaurant P&L and create plans for improvement.
