FOH Manager Le Volte, Oak & Palm, Chianti South Sunset Beach, NC 28468 Join a dynamic hospitality team where leadership, guest experience, and team development are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently hiring Front of House General Managers (Full-Time) and Assistant Managers (Full-Time & Part-Time) to lead and support operations across our busy, high-energy restaurant locations.

General Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest service Manage and train FOH staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support team Uphold service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve service issues quickly Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service flow Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and daily reporting Drive team morale, lead by example, and cultivate a positive work environment
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
