Role Overview We are the Communities we serve! Sodexo MAGIC is seeking a General Manager 6 for Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC. Atrium Health-Cabarrus is a 457-bed acute care medical facility. Atrium Health, one of the nation’s leading and most innovative healthcare organizations, provides a full spectrum of healthcare and wellness programs throughout North and South Carolina. Their diverse network of more than 900 care locations includes academic medical centers, hospitals, healthcare pavilions, physician practices, destination centers, surgical and rehabilitations centers, home health agencies, nursing homes, and hospice care. What You’ll Do The General Manager will be responsible for department financials and daily operations of “Expressly For You” patient dining, 3 retail outlets, and catering. This position will support both frontline and salaried managers. This position will oversee two locations on the same campus. The candidate must have client relation skills and proven record of high employee engagement. have oversight of day-to-day operations;
deliver high quality food service;
achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
develop strategic plans;
create a positive environment; and/or
ensure Sodexo standards are met.
