What You’ll Do:
Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations Supervise and support team members to ensure high-quality service Train and develop employees to meet company standards Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally Lead by example with a hands-on approach and positive attitude
What You’ll Need:
