What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service Manage daily dining room operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction Train, and coach team members to uphold the company’s standards Monitor guest feedback and respond effectively to ensure continuous improvement Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain seamless operations Assist in scheduling, inventory, and labor cost management
What We’re Looking For:
