Position Summary:
SLA Management is looking for a results-driven General Manager to oversee operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food service across multiple locations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading and motivating team members, and collaborating with leadership to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with experience in food service management and a passion for leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple café locations to ensure quality service, food safety, and satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and motivate location managers and staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet company goals. Conduct regular assessments of café locations to ensure compliance with SLA Management’s standards for food safety, quality, and cleanliness. Analyze financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and operational success. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations. Drive recruiting, training, and development efforts to build a strong, capable team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation across all levels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in food service or hospitality. Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and teams. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis. Ability to foster a positive team culture, focused on productivity, quality, and collaboration. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
