Responsibilities:

Assist in managing staff and daily operations Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction Coordinate staff schedules and handle payroll Assist with inventory management and ordering Conduct staff training and development Handle customer inquiries and feedback

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the fast-food industry Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and leadership abilities Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of financial and payroll processes High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
