As we open our newest location, we’re looking for a dynamic Bar Manager ready to lead a high-volume, fast-paced team with precision and style.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day bar operations with efficiency and professionalism Hire, train, and schedule bar staff Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health codes Assist behind the bar during peak hours—this is a hands-on role Uphold and model high standards for customer service and bar experience Collaborate with Events, FOH, and BOH teams for seamless service flow

What We’re Looking For:

Proven bar management or lead bartender experience (5+ years preferred) Strong leadership and organizational skills Must be outgoing, team-oriented, and guest-focused Experience with high-volume service is a plus Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
