Responsibilities:
Create and implement strategies to enhance operationalefficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of individuals who consistentlydemonstrate exceptional work behaviors to ensure outstandingcustomer service and satisfaction. Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staffscheduling, and cash management. Implement and maintain strict adherence to all companypolicies, procedures, and food safety standards. Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives andthe successful execution of promotional campaigns. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas forimprovement, and implement action plans to achieve targets. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork,collaboration, and personal development. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaina safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitalityindustry, with a track record of successfully managing ahigh-volume establishment. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire andmotivate a diverse team. Strong understanding of business operations and the ability toanalyze financial data for informed decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers,and team members. Organized and meticulous, with the ability to effectivelymanage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.
