The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in restaurant management, and possess exceptional customer service skills. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of food quality, and leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation. Lead and train staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high food quality standards. Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and enhancing guest satisfaction. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
