Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies Manage budgets and financial reports Implement marketing and promotional strategies Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of management experience in the fast-food industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
