The Bar Manager will assist with the daily operations, training, and administration of the bar and bartenders. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in craft beers, wine, and mixology.

Duties/Requirements:

• Work closely with management team to oversee daily operations in the front of house bar areas.
• Train, schedule, evaluate, and motivate staff.
• Conduct and/or attend pre-shift meetings
• Open the restaurant and complete accompanying tasks efficiently, accurately and with a keen eye for detail.
• Abide by and uphold company policies, and standards as well as state sanitation/health regulations.
• Ensure and maintain safe and secure working conditions/environment.
• Must have Transportation
• Must have 2+ years of Bar Management experience
