Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management. Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial success and sustainability. Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to foster a positive work environment. Ensure high standards of food quality and safety through effective food management practices. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize supply costs. Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring customer satisfaction from planning through execution. Implement and maintain POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and food management practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functionalities.
