Job Description:

Role OverviewAs a General Manager at Sodexo, you’ll lead dailyfood service operations for Grifols sites in Durham & Clayton, NC,overseeing full-service cafes and catering. Your expertise willguide budget management, financials, team training, strategicplanning, and client relations. You’ll drive success by managingF&B projects, analyzing data, and ensuring operationalexcellence. With at least 5 years of experience leading foodservice and catering operations, you’ll thrive in a role where yourleadership makes a daily impact on the team and client. What You’ll Do Provide leadership and training to team members, fosteringdevelopment and excellence. Control unit financials, ensuring budget adherence and costmanagement. Direct daily food operations, maintaining quality and safetystandards. Supervise day-to-day activities, delegating authority andassigning priorities. Monitor and continuously improve operational standards forefficiency and service quality. Establish and maintain a safe work environment while supportingworkplace inclusion initiatives.

Expertise in working with and deploying food managementsystems.
