What You’ll Do Provide leadership and training to team members, fosteringdevelopment and excellence. Control unit financials, ensuring budget adherence and costmanagement. Direct daily food operations, maintaining quality and safetystandards. Supervise day-to-day activities, delegating authority andassigning priorities. Monitor and continuously improve operational standards forefficiency and service quality. Establish and maintain a safe work environment while supportingworkplace inclusion initiatives.
