Responsibilities:

Manage the food service department to provide excellent service and quality Work with dietitians/chefs to create high level menus which deliver nutritional value Daily inspections/assessments to ensure compliance Oversee inventory to ensure budget compliance Lead team member recruiting, onboarding and training Interdepartmental communications to foster “teamwork atmosphere” to achieve goals Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications:

Current ServSafe certification is required Certified as a Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Manager (CFM) or an associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality 3+ years of related operations experience and management preferred.
