This role requires a balance of strategic planning, team development, and operational excellence to ensure the success of our hotel, restaurant, or bar. Duties Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify areas for cost control. Oversee banquet operations, including planning and execution of events to meet client expectations. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment. Foster strong relationships with guests and staff to create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash management processes accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the establishment. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting best practices in hospitality. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within hotel, restaurant, or bar settings. Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively. Experience in banquet management and event coordination is highly desirable. Excellent training development skills to cultivate talent within the team. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for motivating others. Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial accountability. Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus but not mandatory. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
