Job Description
FOH Manager Michael Family Restaurant Group 2855 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106 The ideal candidate is passionate for food and outstanding hospitality with a minimum 1 years of experience in management of full service, high volume restaurants. Must be service-oriented, comfortably and effectively manage employees and guest concerns, and should be confident handling conflict resolution . They would assimilate well into our company culture and work to uphold a fun and positive work environment.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the General Manager in monitoring all areas of restaurant operations to ensure safety, quality of food and customer service Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations Manage team member performance with clear feedback, recognition, reviews, coaching/teaching, and discipline. Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction Train new and current employees on proper guest service practices Administrative duties, including human resources, updating guest databases, menu updates, scanning/archiving, etc. Help facilitate special events, catering, and off-site events Maintain proper financial accountability and appropriate records
Requirements:
Impeccable attention to detail and follow through Conflict Management and Resolution Skills 2+ years of restaurant FOH manager experience in full service and high volume restaurants Desire to work in a fun, positive, high-volume work environment Outstanding leadership skills Strong organizational, administrative, time management and communication skills Meticulous and timely with paperwork Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems Energetic, warm, personable, and professional demeanor Open availability
