Main St and Union Cross & I-40. We are a Quick-Service Restaurant that provides high-quality food and exceptional customer service. We are seeking experienced restaurant leaders to learn how to run operations in a fast-paced environment with a focus on fast and accurate service and genuine hospitality. Through the Foundations for Leadership program, you will undergo a tailored development journey designed to immerse you in our industry-leading systems, customer service philosophy, and values-driven leadership model. With hands-on coaching, immersive learning, and guided exercises, you’ll gain firsthand experience in every aspect of Chick-fil-A’s operation, while refining your leadership skills to prepare for success as a manager. Upon completing the program, you’ll be ready to lead with confidence, fully integrated into the Chick-fil-A family.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills Previous management experience, Chick-fil-A experience a plus Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest Growth mindset Deliver fantastic service that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A requirements Ability to coach team members in behaviors including hustle, attention to detail, and maintaining a safe work environment Possess or working towards
ServSafe Certification Responsibilities:
Ensure that production and service procedures are followed Assign team members to respective positions and ensure all tasks are completed during the shift Ensure station cleaning tasks and cleaning calendar are followed Maintain cleanliness standards in the drive-thru, front counter, dining room, restrooms, and parking lot Provide coaching, written reviews, and accountability for all members of the team Achieve Health Inspection Ratings of 98% or higher Maintain adequate stock with clearly defined and organized locations Ensure that the front of house has systems in place to ensure cleanliness Allocate at least two hours per week for planning, meeting, coaching, and accountability Constantly coach the team to the CFA standards regarding Core 4, 2nd Mile, and all CEM scores
