We currently have 3 locations open and operating. We are looking for a great, strong leader who will help us achieve our goals while we help them achieve theirs. Job expectations:

Run all aspects of the store with support from Regional Manager Maintain a working relationship with all store employees 40-50 hours per week (some remote) Work in-store 5 days per week Flexibility & availability across all hours will be necessary Monday, Friday, and Saturday expected weekly Work at least one night shift per month Cover short staffed shifts when needed

Schedule Accountabilities:

Work with Assistant Managers to prepare schedule, notify Regional Manager when ready for approval Moderate time off requests Manage staffing level Reach out to applicants with screening questions Coordinate and conduct all interviews for store positions Extend job offers for bakers Complete I-9 verification for all store employees Handle promotions and raises with Regional Manager approval Review timesheets and close pay periods Document corrective actions Terminate employees when needed (in line with store policies) Ingredients /

Store Supplies Accountabilities:

Approve all truck orders Check in deliveries, ensuring invoice matches delivered items and any discrepancies are addressed with delivery driver Request pickups to return unused ingredients Maintain list of weekly specialty ingredient needs Complete monthly inventory list of store supplies Communicate box, ingredient, and supply needs with

Regional Manager Store Operations Accountabilities:

Ensure store is operating efficiently and consistently achieving Crumbl target metrics Ensure all required submissions to corporate are submitted on time (quality/cleaning photos, etc) Create and communicate employee game plan for each day Set and communicate Friday / Saturday projections Maintain store email account Lead store marketing & donation efforts with Regional Manager guidance Manage cash drawers Manage employee training program Recognize 1-2 Employees of the Month Provide performance feedback to employees Maintain store employee records Ensure linen deliveries are sufficient & inventory levels are appropriate Manage store Slack account Manage store organization Perform maintenance on store equipment with Regional Manager support Ensure catering orders are communicated with staff and prepared on time
