Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the establishment, food production, customer service, restaurant operations, and catering.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Skills:

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role.
