Assist in staff supervision, training, and scheduling. Lead by example behind the bar and during service. Help manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination. Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations. Provide an exceptional guest experience and handle guest concerns professionally. Contribute to creative initiatives, marketing efforts, and menu development. This is an exciting opportunity for a service professional ready to take the next step in leadership at one of the city’s premier hospitality venues. •Qualifications•

Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in the service industry , preferably in a high-volume and upscale establishment (bar, restaurant, etc.). Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, quality-driven setting. Full-time availability , including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on hospitality, team development, and operational efficiency. Proven ability to maintain composure and quality under pressure. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
