• Manage day-to-day bakery operations, including production, inventory, and staffing
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Train and supervise bakery staff to deliver excellent service and uphold quality standards
• Create and update menus, pricing, and promotional displays
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special orders in a professional manner Requirements
• Experience in a bakery or culinary environment is essential
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Culinary background or relevant certifications are a plus
