General Manager Catera five company 3016 West Gate City Boulevard, Greensboro, NC 27403 Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, particularly in quick service fast food and fine dining environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring the highest standards of food handling and customer service. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and development of team members. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food costs effectively. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and service quality. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and high morale among employees. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences. Manage financial performance by analyzing sales reports, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is essential. Background in quick service fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments is highly desirable. Experience in culinary roles or food handling practices will be considered an asset. Strong leadership skills with a focus on training development and team management.
