Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Skills Proven experience in fine dining and casual dining settings, with a strong understanding of food service management principles. Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management strategies. Excellent staff training abilities, with a focus on developing team skills and enhancing service quality. Solid budgeting skills, with experience in financial planning and inventory control within the food industry.
