Front of House Manager The View 155 Pinnacle Lane, Mooresville, NC 28117 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for our staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage both front-of-house operations and staff training effectively. Duties Lead and manage front-of-house staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Oversee daily operations, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions. Train new staff members on service standards, food handling procedures, and the use of Aloha POS system. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Develop training programs to enhance staff skills in food service management and team dynamics. Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience. Implement catering services as needed, coordinating with clients for special events or large parties. Requirements Proven experience in a management role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations. Experience with kitchen management is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in daily operations.
