Floor Manager/ Promo Manager Club Onyx 5300 Old Pineville Road, Charlotte, NC 28217
Duties:
Oversee the daily operations of the nightclub/restaurant floor when not out promoting, including:
- Ensure smooth and efficient service to customers. Excellent customer service is a must.
- Help train and supervise floor staff including: servers, hosts, security, DJs, entertainers and bussers
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the club
- Assist with bottle & food running when needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food order
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory monthly
Promotion:
- Set up promotions for the club. Events, flyer teams, social media, employee photo shoots.
- Make a schedule of anticipated events, days and times of promo/staff you’ll need 30 days ahead whenever possible.
- Make and maintain VIP contacts for bottle service clientele
Requirements:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
