Duties:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations Manage front-of-house staff in an effort to exceed the guest expectations Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation Enforce health, safety, and company protocols Handle customer inquiries and concerns Schedule staff shifts and coordinate tasks Conduct staff training and development Manage inventory and order supplies Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficiency Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting Implement marketing initiatives for customer traffic Foster a positive work environment.
