Food Truck Manager Smooth Monkey Charlotte, NC 28205 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Truck Manager to oversee daily operations of our mobile food service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. This role involves ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the food truck, including staff supervision and scheduling. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments accurately using POS systems. Train staff on food preparation techniques, customer service skills, and proper sanitation practices. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Implement time management strategies to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist with food preparation and cooking as necessary to support the team during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in a café or quick service fast food . Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
