The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food service, ensuring that our food truck runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a blend of culinary knowledge, time management, and operational expertise to maintain high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the food truck, including staff supervision and scheduling. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency. Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, inventory management, and sales tracking. Train and mentor staff in food service best practices, including bussing techniques and customer interaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed using retail math skills. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize service during peak hours. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, address inquiries, and resolve any issues. Qualifications Proven experience in a culinary or food service management role is preferred. Strong understanding of basic math for inventory management and sales reporting. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operation during busy periods. Knowledge of sanitation practices in the food industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
