Front of House Manager Clean Eatz Cornelius 17111 Kenton Drive, Cornelius, NC 28031 Clean Eatz Cornelius is looking for one front of house (FOH) manager to join our 7 person strong team. We are located at 17111 Kenton Drive in Cornelius near Osaka. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. We are looking for someone with OPEN availability (morning, afternoon, evening, weekend) for around 35-40 hours per week. We are only open until 7, so you would not work any later than 7:30. Responsibilities FOH managers are required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner. a) Assisting customers with knowledge in our individual meals and help up-sell product and supplements. b) Solicit and help prepare local Caterings, events, marketing partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that would benefit Clean Eatz Cornelius. c) Helping to merchandise, and organize the grab n go coolers, desserts & supplements. d) Ringing up food orders, running food, and helping customers bag and pick up meals. e) Side work including cleaning tables, sweeping, windows, dishes, moping, and other opening and closing procedures. f) Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. Qualifications At least 2 Years of prior Customer Service experience, with excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a quick and efficient manner without affecting the customer’s experience. role. A passion to help others on their lifestyle journey in leading by example. Common knowledge of macronutrients, popular diets, and common allergens. Easy navigation through Clover POS technology, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
