Responsibilities:
Recruiting, selecting and developing a competent team of storepersonnel who lead the industry in customer service Maintaining adequate inventory levels to ensure out of stocksare eliminated and inventory turns are realized at least oncemonthly-this is especially important on bottled beer and liquoritems since that’s where most of our inventory sits thelongest Industry leading training Managing employee relations by effectively communicating withstaff using various styles of approach depending on theindividual Maintaining store conditions that meet or exceed companygoals Analyzing financial and accounting reports Controlling expenses such as food cost, inventory, cashcontrol, payroll, etc. to at or below company budgetguidelines Ensuring that staff schedules are posted within the company’stimeline Completing recurring tasks on or before scheduleddeadlines Maintaining a professional image at all times towards customersand staff Providing Excellent Customer Service at all times. Maintaining at 95% or higher on government healthinspections.
