We’re seeking someone who can deliver excellent results, build a strong team, and create a welcoming guest experience every day. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations (front and back of house) Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service Hire, train, and coach team members Monitor and control labor and food costs Manage inventory and place vendor orders as needed Ensure health and safety compliance at all times Lead team meetings and report performance metrics weekly Work closely with the area manager and ownership team to meet business goals Be hands-on and lead by example Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Experience with inventory, scheduling, and cost control Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Schedule Full-time (40+ hours per week) Morning and evening shifts Weekend and holiday availability required Work Location In-person at 5906 South Blvd, Charlotte,NC.
